What does the once-off build fee cover?

The build fee covers the full design and development of your professional website — 5 pages (Minimal) or 10 pages (Standard and Professional). This is a once-off payment. Once built, the site is maintained as part of your monthly retainer.
Is there a minimum contract period?

Yes. All Growth System Retainers require a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 3 months, the retainer continues month-to-month with 30 days' written notice required to cancel.
Does the monthly fee include my ad spend?

No. The monthly retainer fee covers our management of your campaigns. Your ad spend — the budget you pay directly to Meta or Google — is separate and is determined by your business goals and budget.
Do I own the website?

Yes. Your website and all its content belong to you. Your domain is registered in your name. If you ever leave, you take your site with you.
Can I upgrade my retainer later?

Yes. You can upgrade from Minimal to Standard or Professional at any time. We will adjust the monthly fee and expand the services accordingly.
Are prices including VAT?

No. All prices shown are excluding VAT. X3WEB is VAT registered and VAT will be added to your invoice.
